Met bijna 25.000 leden is de Chaîne des Rôtisseurs een Internationale Vereniging van Gastronomie, gevestigd in meer dan 80 landen die liefhebbers samenbrengt die dezelfde waarden delen in kwaliteit, lekker eten, de aanmoediging van de culinaire kunsten en de geneugten aan tafel. Het onderscheidend vermogen van onze vereniging is om amateurs en professionals van over de hele wereld samen te brengen, of het nu hoteliers, restauranthouders, chef-koks of sommeliers zijn, in de waardering van de fijne keuken.

After Versailles in 2024, we have chosen to take you on a journey to discover some of the Île-de-France region’s, lesser-known yet absolutely splendid châteaux.
This "Island"—encircled by the Seine, the Marne, and the Oise rivers—boasts beautiful and incredibly diverse landscapes, while its royal heritage offers a wealth of artistic treasures, ranging from architecture and the art of garden design to, of course, gastronomy.
That is why we have decided to introduce you to this magnificent region through its craftsmanship, cuisine, and châteaux—from Champs-sur-Marne (the residence for visiting heads of state) to the Royal Palace of Fontainebleau (with its 1,500 rooms) and the Rothschilds' Château de Ferrières...

Chapitre of Belgium - Brussels
Jeune Rôtisseur Competition – Belgian Selection The Belgian Selection of the Jeune Rôtisseur Competition will take place at Horeca Be Pro in Brussels. The competition starts early in the morning, when our young talents will demonstrate their skills, creativity and discipline in a professional setting. From 16:00 onwards, members, guests and visitors of the Chaîne are warmly invited to join us, support the candidates and share the excitement of the final moments. The day will conclude with a reception and friendship drink at 16:00, celebrating the next generation of gastronomy. Please let us know if you will be joining us.
