Met bijna 25.000 leden is de Chaîne des Rôtisseurs een Internationale Vereniging van Gastronomie, gevestigd in meer dan 80 landen die liefhebbers samenbrengt die dezelfde waarden delen in kwaliteit, lekker eten, de aanmoediging van de culinaire kunsten en de geneugten aan tafel. Het onderscheidend vermogen van onze vereniging is om amateurs en professionals van over de hele wereld samen te brengen, of het nu hoteliers, restauranthouders, chef-koks of sommeliers zijn, in de waardering van de fijne keuken.

Grand Chapitre of Vietnam - Da Nang
The Bailliage National of Vietnam will host a four-day Grand Chapitre in Danang and Hoi An, featuring an Opening Dinner, curated cultural and artisan visits, exclusive culinary experiences, and a Beachfront Induction Ceremony followed by a BBQ Dinner by the sea.
