Met bijna 25.000 leden is de Chaîne des Rôtisseurs een Internationale Vereniging van Gastronomie, gevestigd in meer dan 80 landen die liefhebbers samenbrengt die dezelfde waarden delen in kwaliteit, lekker eten, de aanmoediging van de culinaire kunsten en de geneugten aan tafel. Het onderscheidend vermogen van onze vereniging is om amateurs en professionals van over de hele wereld samen te brengen, of het nu hoteliers, restauranthouders, chef-koks of sommeliers zijn, in de waardering van de fijne keuken.

Grand Chapitre of New Zealand - Auckland
A Grand Chapitre will be held in Auckland, New Zealand from 11th to the 13th of April 2025. The Induction Ceremony will be held at the Helier Oceania and will be presided over by Norm Harrison Bailli Delegue Australia and Membre du Conseil Magistral and Commandeur.
The three-day event will feature some of Auckland and New Zealand's finest restaurants.

Grand Chapître of Portugal -Algarve - On the banks of the River Guadiana - Vila Real de St.António
On April 24th, we welcome you to Chapître do Algarve, at the luxury Monte Rei Resort, on the charming slopes of the River Guadiana, close to the Spanish border. We have prepared a getaway which, in addition to the best gastronomy, of the Monte Rei Resort, includes a boat trip on the Guadiana, an eel snack and a lunch prepared by our professional members. It will be a unique opportunity for our professional and non-professional members to get together.
